What comes in the box?

Two (2) REMAY® Shave Gel Bars. 

Am I charged every month?

Only if you are on the monthly box. If you are on the 2 or 3 month box, you only pay when we ship your box. This means you have 30 to 90 days to try them out before your next shipment!  

Am I subscribed forever? Is there a sign up fee and extra charges?

Definitely not. You can cancel anytime and there is no signup fee or extras. Shipping is free too.

Can I find REMAY® in stores?

Nope, REMAY® is an online only brand. 

What else can my bar do? 

REMAY® is not just for shaving. It can also be used to gently wash your face and body without stripping skin oils. Essentially all you need in the shower is REMAY®, a razor, shampoo and conditioner.

Does REMAY® work for men and women? 

It's for both. However for men, they should soften hairs with warm water before shaving. 

Can I change my shipping frequency?

Yep, you can increase or decrease anytime before your next shipment. Please note it will take 1 subscription cycle to take effect. You can even skip a shipment.

How long does it take to get my first shipment?

Roughly 1 week.

What if I get a new credit card or it expires?

You can easily update your credit card and shipping information in your account. Make sure that your credit card address and shipping address match or it could decline.  If your credit card declines, we will email you a reminder.

How do I skip a shipment?

1. Login to your account https://www.remayshave.club/customer/login
2. At the bottom of the “Your subscription(s)” section on the left, click “Edit”
3. On the top right, press “SKIP NEXT RENEWAL” and/or choose a longer frequency

How do I cancel my subscription?  

1. Login to your account https://www.remayshave.club/customer/login
2. At the bottom of the “Your subscription(s)” section on the left, click “Edit”
3. On the bottom left, press “Cancel Subscription”

You will receive an email confirmation

How do I reactivate my subscription?  

1. Login to your account https://www.remayshave.club/customer/login
2. At the bottom of the “Your subscription(s)” section on the left, click “Reactivate”
